It will look at restoring balance, postural alignment and integrative body movement. The application of using retensioning balancing techniques and reactivity concepts that pertain to muscles, ligaments and tendons will be addressed. Those students / practitioners that have had difficulty using and applying muscular reactivity concepts will find these applications very easy to use with attaining quick positive results.
